Vital
communications links are maintained by our System Administrators
in terms of Satellite links and globally distributed FTP servers,
besides the usual telephone, fax and email access to ensure timely
coordination and data transfer on real-time basis.
Each
job is processed in a manner that ensures a uniform output of
very high quality. The processing team maintains Quality Control
as defined by our system while we have an additional team, typically
15-20% of the Work Force, that manually performs the Quality Assurance
Tasks before clearing the job for onward transfer to the client.
High
volume jobs are what we do best. All such jobs are assigned an
independent Project Manager and a dedicated Project Team. While
the Project Manager acts as the Point-of-Contact between the client
and our company, the Project Team works exclusively for the contract
and reports to the Project Manager for all issues pertaining to
the work progress and all related technical issues.
Our
pricing is also a flexible module that resembles a coil-spring.
Essentially it tailors around providing our clients the best value
for their money. With high volume jobs, our clients can expect
to pay much less than their budgeted amount as it is a common
practice for us to pass-on any additional savings to our clients
not only to maintain the Customer Loyalty but also because of
a simple human phenomenon called integral approach.
